We Work Together

The Prime objective of the Foundation is to undertake charity work in Kerala benefitting the poor and the needy in our society. The foundation aims at serving the people, poor and marginalised in our society without any discrimination as to religion, caste or creed. The foundation extends its support to the poor in our society in various ways and methods. It channels its contributions directly and through voluntary organisations.

About Us

The Koottappillil K. J. Joseph Charitable Foundation (KKJJCF) was established in 2015 by Koottappillil K. J. Joseph and his wife, Marykutty.

K. J. Joseph is a visionary with deep roots in Kerala, India. Alongside his wife, Marykutty, he built a life in Australia as educators and aged care business owners. Demonstrating a profound commitment to humanitarian service, they donated a one-acre plot and a 6,500 sq. ft. building in Pothanicad for the establishment of the Shalom Pain and Palliative Care Centre. Their philanthropic efforts reflect a legacy of love, humility, and unwavering dedication to uplifting the lives of the poor and underprivileged across Kerala.

The foundation operates from its dedicated facility in Pothanicad, Kothamangalam, and is rooted in the values of compassion, inclusion, and service. It supports the most vulnerable members of society—irrespective of caste, creed, or religion—through direct aid and partnerships with voluntary organizations. Its initiatives include healthcare services, financial assistance, housing and palliative care, and community welfare activities.
